Fifth: Shipping fees
•Shipping fees are calculated automatically upon order completion based on the city and shipment weight.
•Free or discounted shipping offers may be available at certain times, and these will be announced through the store or official channels.

Sixth: Domestic shipping
•In case of any delays or problems related to shipping within the Kingdom, we advise the customer to contact the Communications Authority or the Transport Authority, depending on their jurisdiction.
•The customer can provide us with the order number to help with follow-up when needed.
Seventh: Shipping address
•The customer is responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.
•If an incorrect address is entered or the customer cannot be contacted, the shipment may be returned, and the customer will bear the return shipping fees.
Eighth: Receiving the order
•In the event of obvious damage to the shipment upon receipt, the situation must be documented and we must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt.

• After receiving the order, please keep and store the products at a temperature not exceeding 24 degrees Celsius, and away from direct sunlight or high heat sources, in order to maintain product quality and efficiency.

•If the shipment is unusually delayed, please contact us, and we will follow up with the approved shipping company.
•In the event of a lost shipment, the order will be handled according to the shipping company’s policy, and the store bears no responsibility outside the scope of what is approved by the shipping company.
